Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Calisthenics Workout & Macro Tracker mobile application ("CaliFuel", "App", "Service") operated by us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CaliFuel is a fitness application that provides:

  • Calisthenics workout tracking and progression systems
  • Macro and calorie tracking for nutrition management
  • Intermittent fasting timer and history
  • Progress visualization and statistics
  • Exercise library with instructions and tips

3. Health Disclaimer

Important: The App is intended for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise or nutrition program.
  • If you experience any pain, discomfort, or other symptoms during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
  • The App does not provide medical advice, and the exercise and nutrition information should not be considered medical guidance.
  • You use the App and follow its suggestions at your own risk.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your fitness level and health status.
  • Use the App responsibly and within your physical capabilities.
  • Not rely solely on the App for health or fitness decisions.
  • Keep your device secure and not share access to your data.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CaliFuel and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
  • The CaliFuel name, logo, and all related names and logos are trademarks of CaliFuel.
  • User-generated content (workout logs, nutrition data) remains your property.

6. User Data

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
  • We are not responsible for any loss of data due to device failure or app deletion.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services:

  • We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.
  • Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
  • Third-party services include but are not limited to: Open Food Facts API, YouTube for exercise videos.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • We are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from your use of the App.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CaliFuel and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party

10. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.
  • Update the App to fix bugs, add features, or improve performance.
  • Change these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the App will cease immediately.
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

13. Severability
